This is already about a year ago but I just like to post this as part of our Maginhawa Food Trip Chronicles. We went to The Iscreamist located at Teacher's Village Maginhawa St. Quezon City just to experience their famous Dragon's Breath.

Why it's called Dragon's Breath?
1. Dip the s'mores in liquid nitrogen
WARNING: Liquid Nitrogen is dangerous when not handled properly.
There are also warning signs posted in the place.

2. Pop it in your mouth
This is not as easy as it looks like.
The s'mores are quite big and hard to fit in the mouth.
3. Breathe through your nose
4. Or through your mouth which ever works for you
5. ENJOY!
