Ketogenic Diet by Dear Diet

Keto diet is all the craze right now for losing weight by eating fat. I've gained a lot of weight the past year no thanks to the help of a sedentary life style and a see food diet (get it? XD). But now everybody in my circle is already noticing it and I think it's time to address the big fat elephant in the room (me). I'll be trying out keto diet for a month and a bit of exercise here and there and we'll see if keto diet is really as good as they say.
Mandatory "Before" shot so we can see if anything changed.

I'm currently 65.6kg heavy and 156cm tall. My current BMI is 27 which is under the OVERWEIGHT category.

The good news is I'm not yet obese. The bad news is I need to lose 6kg to have a normal BMI which is 25.

Day 1: Japanese inspired Keto meals
Okay I survived Day 1. The meals are actually pretty good though I really hate eating vegetables.

Day 2: Mexican inspired Keto meals
The breakfast was boring without any sauce but the rest tastes good

Day 3: I wasn't able to eat lunch (the one on the stick) because it was pig skin but was like rubber and hard to chew. I informed dear diet about it and they said sorry.

Day 4: The breakfast was tricky pancake with chocolate sauce looks really yummy but then there was chopped peanuts inside. I was surprised with cheese and olives. They're kinda good together.

Day 5: I missed their breakfast pudding 😊

Week 1 Review: I honestly think keto diet is harder than a regular balanced diet. It may sound tempting that you will be able to eat fat to lose fat but the thing is, with keto, you can't eat grains which means no rice. You also can't eat milk and sugar. Which I think is why you'll be able to lose weight. No rice is okay as long as I don't starve. But I find it hard not using milk and sugar which is how I want my coffee and coffee is non-negotiable for me. I asked them if they could switch tea with coffee but they told me they only serve tea with keto and if I really need coffee it has to be black only which is my biggest challenge so far.

Day 6: I wasn't able to eat dinner because I was still full when I got home

Day 7: the nachos were good. Pasta with zucchini as pasta is weird.

Day 8: the zuchinni pasta and sweet pita bread is again weird. The chia pudding and salad was good.

Day 9: Good thing the crepe doesn't taste like pita. The inipit doesn't taste like inipit at all.

Week 2 Review: It's been 2 weeks and my resolve to go on a diet is slowly crumbling. But my boyfriend just proposed so I have to keep going 😭

Day 10: it's not called omurice if there's no rice 😭 but the taste was still good. I'm seeing cheese and olives and that's good.

Day 11: More foods like this please! Ramen, Bibimbop and Tinapa for the win!!!

Day 12: All of today's food are good too.

Day 13: the burger patty was heaven! So good! Keep it up!

Day 14:
