Don Day by Day Don Don Don

Don Day offers a buffet of Korean BBQ and other Korean dishes. It has 4 branches I think but we tried the one at Quezon Avenue near BIR RDO 40.

For PHP499, you get unlimited Buffet Food, Samgyupsal (Pork) and Woosamgyup (Beef) BBQ.

Food available at the buffet table. You can also opt to just get the Buffet Food and Samgyupsal (Pork) for PHP399 or the Buffet Food only for PHP299.

My friends say the carbonara was good.

I didn't really taste much of the food in the buffet table. I just frequent the section for the Korean BBQ side dishes, sauces and wraps. 

Good thing we have a designated cook per table, (we can focus on eating) XD 

I assume the couple running around owns the place. They were very hands on and ajumma was even teaching us how to enjoy korean bbq. 

I always enjoy Korean bbq. I like wrapping the meat in lettuce leaves with a bit of kimchee and their special sauce. 

We were 5 in the table, 4 girls and the cook. We were 2nd to the last to quit eating. I can't even count how many plates of woosamgyup (beef) we ate.

You pay separately for ice cream and drinks.

Rub Ribs & BBQ

I'm not really a fan of ribs but we've been here twice in a month so that has to mean something :)

According to their menu, Rub has 3 branches, QC, Pasig and Makati. Since I'm from QC it makes sense that we have already tried 2 of their branches.. first in Makati and second in Pasig. XD

Their Makati branch is a bit bigger with lots of cute stuff/frames on the wall.

Needless to say it was good. I got to taste the ribs too and it tastes good even without the sauce. I think I like this better than Racks'.

Their Buffalo Chicken served with blue cheese was yummy too.

Leann's Tea House

Leann's Tea House Casual Dining is located at Mother Ignacia St., Quezon City (near Big Brother's house).

The ambiance is simple and the grill is not built in the tables like the usual Korean BBQ dining places.

We ordered 3 sets of unlimited Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly) and Woosamgyup (Beef) for PHP449 per set.

Samgyeopsal and Woosamgyup (not really sure which one is which XD) but they are both good but I prefer the thinly cut one (UPDATE: it's the woosamgyup that I liked better).

 Cooking was really fun especially if you're not the one cooking XD

that oil though.. there was soo much oil that the floor even felt slippery after we finished.

 Be sure to ask for the sauce because they forgot to serve it. And it's not like there are a lot of customers.
