Ohayo a small maki/sushi store along Timog Avenue serves freshly made maki in front of you. The side bar only has around 10 seating capacity and another 2 to 3 square tables on the side. They are open until 1 am.

Tonkotsu Ramen PHP195

Not as good as we expected. The broth doesn't taste like the usual tonkotsu ramen. The pork was good though.

Love! Love! Love! their maki and sashimi! 😍 (the ramen not so much) I like the small japanese resto feel too. The price is very affordable and worth it. 😊

Amo Yamie Crib: Coffee Snacks Desserts

 After channeling our inner Van Gogh at Sip&Gogh (check my blog here), we got hungry and tried this cute restaurant at Malolos City ('^_^). Amo Yamie Crib is located just in front of Malolos Capitol, around an hour travel from Manila.

It looks like a regular cutesy restaurant from the outside

But inside there's a bee hive like structure or what they call 'cribs'. And then some other little house looking structures where you can eat.

I love how it gives you a little more privacy than a regular restaurant setup. And there are a lot of cribs to choose from with creative names like Torpe, Squad Goals, Third Party etc.

They have a limited menu but everything is very affordable

Plus coffee!!!

They have square cushions in cribs where you can get comfortable while waiting for the food.

Serving time is really slow so I almost doze off.

I love how affordable their meals are. Bacon meal for 59 pesos!!! Bacon is good! Bacon is never not good 😊

Their Hazelnut Latte was just right not too sweet.

And of course S'MORES!!!!!

They also have a picture booth where you can dress as a unicorn but I Mike didn't want to dress as a unicorn T_T so we just settled for this Malolos sign T_T

The Nook Cafe

If you're a muggle born potterhead and you haven't already visited The Nook Cafe, well you should..at least visit it once to satisfy curiosity.

The Nook Cafe is a Harry Potter themed cafe located at Maginhawa QC.

It looks like an inconspicuous place from the outside, but inside, it's magical! ^_^

Downstairs, there's a few tables and the cashier

But then there's also the cupboard under the stairs. Harry's room! ^_^

Unfortunately Harry is in Hogwarts at the moment so Doby is guarding Harry's room.

We waited for an hour to get seated upstairs. I was so curious what's in store up here well aside from the mess the muggles who took their sweet time drinking coffee left behind.

And it was gone.. just like magic!

The deep fried cream-o was good. The butterbeer was sickly sweet like melted butterscotch. I like the place but it's rather too small to have your own personal space plus the waiting time to get seated upstairs. So for me the place is just meh. I've already taken loads of pictures so nothing more that will make me come back.

Kape ATBP.

Kape atbp. is a relatively new place in town near Petron Gas Station at Poblacion, Hagonoy Bulacan.

It has a nice ambiance with that coffee place feel (duh kape atbp.?)

I like the ambience. There's nothing really special about the food or the drinks. Serving took too much time! We ordered the Quesadilla on our first order but our take out order was even served first before the Quesadilla and everything else took too much time to be served so don't come here if you're really hungry.
